Process Signals

Transducer and transmitter process outputs can be displayed in engineering units. In particular, 4-20 mA DC or 1-5 V DC signals can be adjusted to display up to 0- 1999 counts (3 digit meter).
Examples:
4-20 mA DC signal reads 0-1800 RPM.
1-5 V DC signal reads 0-1450 feet.

Loop Powered Process

Loop powered process meters are powered directly by a 4-20 mA current loop and do not require other external power. The current loop can be scaled to engineering from 0-1999 counts.
Examples:
4-20mA DC output reads -200C to +1500C.
Optional Custom OEM inputs and displays are available.

Loop Powered Process with Square Root Extraction

Transducer or transmitter 4-20 mA DC process signals that require square root extraction can be can be adjusted to display in engineering units from 0 to 1999 counts. Example:
4-20mA DC signal from a differential pressure flow transducer reads 0-1750 GPM.

DC Current or DC Voltage

Transducer or transmitter outputs can be displayed in engineering units. Examples:
0-2 mA DC signal can be adjusted to display 0-1999 counts.
0-1 mA DC signal can be displayed as 0-750 Watts.
0-10 V DC signal can be displayed as 0-900 RPM.

High Current DC Shunts

US or international DC current shunt outputs can be displayed in engineering units. Examples:
0-20 mV DC output can be displayed as 0-1999 DC Amps.
0-50 mV DC output displays 0-1250 DC Amps.

AC Current Transformers

Current transformer outputs can be displayed in engineering units. Examples:
0-5 AC Amp transformer output reads 0-1999 counts.
0-5 AC Amp transformer output reads 0-1000 Amps.

AC Potential Transformers

AC potential transformer outputs can be displayed in engineering units. Examples:
Example: 0-200 V AC output reads 0-1999 counts.
Example: 0-150 V AC output reads 0-600 V AC.
